Final Thoughts:

Donating items is an impactful way to declutter your home while helping those in need. Many of these organizations also help reduce waste by reselling gently used items or recycling donations. A good rule of thumb is that if you would not be comfortable wearing or using it in the state it's in, someone else would likely not either. Always call ahead to confirm drop-off hours or specific guidelines.
